Dear Patterson family,
I am so sorry for your loss.May the love of family and friends continue to comfort you at this time. One thing that I have personally found that helps me to cope when I lose a loved one is the promises held out in the Bible such as the ones found at John 5:28,29 Were we see that God is going to bring back all those sleeping in death. Also at Revelation 21:4 God promises that he is going to eliminate all sickness, sorrow, pain, and death forever. It is my sincere hope that these thoughts bring your family comfort at this time. Once again i am so sorry for your loss.

To The Family, I want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I also want to share the comfort of John 5:28,29 which assures us of the hope that those who have fallen asleep in death will receive a "resurrection" back to life. Life on an earth restored to a beautiful paradise. Psalms 37:11 says, "The meek ones themselves will possess the earth, and they will indeed fiind their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." Jehovah God also promises, While we await that wonderful time please find comfort in these promises.

This is the hardest thing we have ever had to write. Nick, the moment Reilley was born you became family. With us you let down your hard exterior and showed us your heart. We watched as you became a scared young father and grew into a loving, caring husband and daddy. We know that your ultimate goal was to come back to your own “home”. Everything was in place! Now we sit and wonder why??? A question we have no answer for.. We know you knew how much we loved you. You are a son to us and we will always be grateful for the happiness you brought to our daughter and grandson. We see you everyday through Reilley. He has so many of your mannerisms. We will make sure Reilley knows how much you loved him. I think Jayme said it best when she closed every note or letter to you… Love you, Miss you, Can’t wait to see you! We know we have that promise. We love you. Jim and Jan
