Anna M. Grady

March 10, 1928 - February 27, 2010

Anna M. Grady, 81 years old, Lafayette, died Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010, in Weatherford, Oklahoma.

Born March 10, 1928, in New Haven, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Jessie Sr. and Lieulo (Cunningham) Roush.

On June 7, 1946, in Pomeroy, Ohio, she was married to Aaron D. Grady, who preceded her in death November 10, 1997.

For 7 years, she worked as an equipment handler at the Co-Rec for Purdue University. She enjoyed collecting Mickey Mouse items in addition to playing card games, doing puzzles and watching football and NASCAR.

Surviving are four sons, Earl (Cathie) Grady, of Brookston, Floyd Grady, of Lafayette, Keith (Sarah) Grady, of Rossville, and James Grady, Columbus; five daughters, Orvilla (James) Helms, Delphi, IN, Anita Jenkins, Alabama, Kathleen (Stan) Roberts and Regina Grady (fiance: George Bolden), all of Lafayette, and Melissa Hall,of West Lafayette; 3 sisters, Eileen Foreman, Laurane, Ohio, Verla Harrah, Mason, WV and Marlene Fields, Harfort, WV; five brothers, Oscar Roush, Mason, WV, Arnold Roush (Mary) Louisiana, Edwin (Jane) Roush, of LeTart, WV, Blaine (Janice) Roush, Florida, and Randle (Judy) Roush, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her husband and one brother, Jessie Roush, Jr. and one sister, Neva Clark.

Funeral Information

A Memorial Service will be held at 6pm, Friday, March 5th at Fisher-Loy Funeral Chapel. Friends and Family will be received from 4 to 6 pm.
