A Loving Daughter, Sister, Mother, Fiancee, Grandmother, Aunt, and Friend Debbie Sue (Guajardo) Weatherford, 44 years old of Attica, died Tuesday, January 12, 2010.
She was born October 26, 1965 in Lafayette, to the late Antonio Guajardo and to Angelita (Colorado) Dicks.
She graduated from Lafayette Jeff in 1984. She was currently a homemaker and had previously worked for Lafayette Venetian Blinds.
Debbie enjoyed baby sitting and spending time with her grandkids.
Surviving are her mother Angelita Dicks of Lafayette; 3 daughters, Carolyn Weatherford and Ivanelle Weatherford of Lafayette, Tiffany Weatherford of Chicago; a son, Johnathan Weatherford of Attica; her fiancée, Charles Lister of Lafayette; sisters, Norma Guajardo, Barbara Chumley (husband: Mike), Angel Zink, Nancy Guajardo (fiancée: Chris Chumley), and Judy Guajardo Nuerge all of Lafayette; brothers, Alex Guajardo and Frank Guajardo of Lafayette.
Also surviving are grandchildren, Eli Weatherford, Keyon Burns, Keshaun Burns, Deyon Burns, Jr., Danyelle Weatherford; 13 nieces and nephew; and 11 great nieces and nephews.
Funeral Information
Friends will be received Tuesday, January 19 at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Chapel from 12 to 1pm with services following at 1pm.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Fisher-Loy Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services.
Donations Information
Contributions may be made to the Debbie Weatherford Memorial Fund in care of Fisher-Loy Funeral Chapel. Envelopes available at visitation.
