Ralph Joseph Garrison

Ralph Joseph Garrison, 60, of Logansport, passed away at 3:45 a.m. Thursday, July 26, 2012 in Memorial Hospital following a couraegous battle with cancer.

Born December 6, 1951 in Logansport, Ihe was the son of Ralph and Freida Garrison. He was married May 5, 1979, in Logansport, to Angela (Thompson) Garrison, who survives.

Ralph was employed as a dockworker for Hanson Logistics.

Ralph was a big kid at heart and he enjoyed spending time with his children and especially his grandchildren. He liked to bowl, golf, and play the lottery.

Surviving with his wife are two daughters, Amberlynn (Boddie) Weldy, of Bremen, and Destini (Michael) Carpenter, of Bremen; Brother, Jack (Linda) Garrison, of Logansport; and nine grandchildren, Victoria Weldy, Andrea Carpenter, Joseph Weldy, Miles Carpenter, Braxton Carpenter, Hayleigh Weldy, Caleb Carpenter, Nevaeh Weldy and Riley Carpenter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, David Garrison and one sister, Carol Sue Fettig.

Funeral Information

Services will be held at Fisher Funeral Chapel, Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 10 a.m. with Pastor Ken Smith officiating.

Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday, July 30 at the Fisher Funeral Chapel, Logansport.
