Obituary for Lucille A Lebo

Lucille A. Lebo, 92, of Logansport, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family Monday, July 2, 2018 at Chase Center Nursing Home.

Born August 21, 1925 in Cass County, she was the daughter of the late George and Bessie (Nethercutt) Ferguson.

On March 27, 1948, Lucille was married to James Edward Lebo at the First United Methodist Church in Logansport. James preceded her in death in 2002.

Lucille enjoyed working for many years as a cook at Noble Township Elementary School. She was an excellent cook.

Lucille was a member of Shiloh Christian Church. She enjoyed spending time in her garden, playing “Canasta” with her many friends, and needlepoint.

Surviving are her three sons, Kent (Beth) Lebo of Logansport, Terry (Joy) Lebo of Kokomo, and Mark (Carol) Lebo of River Falls, WI; one brother, Robert Ferguson; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters-in-law, Ann and Jeanette Lebo; and the dear friends and caring staff at Chase Center .

A Funeral Service celebrating the life of Lucille Lebo will be held 3 p.m. Friday, July 6th at Fisher Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held from at 1 - 3 p.m., prior to the funeral service.

Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.
